Apple sells an average of 70 to 80 million iPhones each year. However, of the two it is Epic Games who really loses the most. Apple because it would set a precedent and Epic because it would lose credibility after mounting that show with an adaptation of Apple’s popular 1984 ad included. The two companies maintain their position and it seems that neither will give their arm to twist. The dispute between Apple and Epic Games over the 30% commission issue remains unresolved.
